The 2013 Intermedia Shopping Study was conducted by TNS on behalf of the Local Search Association to demonstrate the strength and value of Yellow Pages relative to other media. The study had the following objectives:
● Determine the number of consumers who have purchased specific products and services in the past year
● Determine the average number of businesses they considered
● Determine the average purchase amount
● Measure the role of Yellow pages and other media during the consumer purchase decision process.
This specific study covers the Funeral Directors heading and buying demographics.
