In this annual report, the Local Search Association collaborated with Burke, Inc. to demonstrate the strength and value of Yellow Pages relative to other media. The study had the following objectives:
● Determine the number of consumers who have purchased specific products and services in the past year
● Determine the average number of businesses they considered
● Determine the average purchase amount
● Measure the role of Yellow pages and other media during the consumer purchase decision process.
This specific study covers the Bottled Water heading and buying demographics.
