In this annual report, the Local Search Association collaborated with Burke, Inc. to provide Print and Internet Yellow Pages consumer statistics on decisions and actions prior to and during the purchase process. Print and Internet Yellow Pages reach, frequency and user demographics are shown in correspondence to designated marketing areas. Insight is provided on consumer spending, seasonality of calls and metrics that show overall heading performance.
